At Alpha Lifestyle, we strive to deliver high-quality apparel and services tailored to your brand. Due to the customized nature of our B2B operations, we follow a strict refund and cancellation policy as outlined below:

1. Order Cancellation

Before Sampling:
Orders can be cancelled before the sampling process begins. If cancelled after sampling has started or is completed, the sampling cost will be deducted from any refundable amount.
After Production Begins:
No cancellations will be accepted once bulk production has commenced. Any cancellation requests after this stage will not be eligible for a refund.
Custom Orders:
All custom or white-label orders are final once approved and moved to production.

2. Refunds

Eligible Only for Manufacturing Defects:
Refunds are processed only in case of manufacturing defects reported within 5 days of delivery. Issues must be supported with images and detailed description.
No Refunds for:
- Size or color variation within acceptable tolerance levels.
- Delays caused by third-party logistics.
- Approved samples or designs.
Refund Method:
If approved, refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment or credited to your business account within 7-10 working days.

3. Replacements

For any confirmed manufacturing defects, we will offer:
- Free replacement, or
- Credit note for the same value, at our discretion.

4. Sampling Costs

All sampling is chargeable.
In case of cancellation post-sampling, sampling fees will be deducted from any advance or paid amount before refund.

5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
